Preparation for your shoot

Here is the information you will need to prepare for the your photo shoot. 

Make a List

One of our clients wished that they would have created a list of photos that they wanted taken at the shoot.  There were a couple of groupings that they did not get.  Remember, we don't know the families or their relationships so please write down a list of photos you will want taken so that we can get those groupings during the shoot.

Paperwork

• Prepare a check to pay for the shoot.  The totals are above.  Make the check to "Coastal Media Group." 

What to wear?

Families often ask us what to wear.  You know, it doesn't take away from the photo if you don't match.  It is really nice if you coordinate, but you don't have to.  Wear whatever flatters you most.  If you look best in jeans and a t-shirt, then that is perfect.  Whatever looks good on you will look good in pictures.

Also, you might want to think about where the final print(s) will go in your home.  If you have a room where Chocolate and Pink may look nice, then wear coordinating colors. 

Disc of Images?

One frequent question that we get from portrait clients is, "do you sell the disc of digital images?"   The answer is "yes."  There is a significant cost however, and most clients find it more cost effective to order the prints that they want rather than purchasing the entire disc of images.
