Portrait Guarantee
Our goal is to provide the highest quality photography for
you and your family. For portraits, we offer a guarantee
that covers you no matter where you live.
If you live in the Charleston Area
We will reshoot any portrait session with you for free, at a
Charleston location of your choice, if you are not satisfied
with the results of the first shoot.
If you live outside the area
Our portrait guarantee for those living outside of
Charleston is a bit different because we know how difficult it
would be to come back for a re-shoot. For those living
outside the area, we will refund 100% of your sitting fee if
you are not satisfied with the photos. To receive the
refund, you must meet certain criteria.
- Live outside of the Charleston area
- Write to us to say you weren't satisfied and
instructing us to take the photos off of the web.
- Not order any off of our website. (if you place
an order, then no refund will be given)
If you meet those three criteria, then we will take the
photos off of the web, and refund the sitting fee that you paid
to us. Remember, if you have ordered photos from our
website, then no refund will be given.
